[SOC] So ... SOC ML is still alive

According to the 1st reactions/vote, we are reaching a result which 
was "predictable" : 50/50.
Chapeau � Lloyd was has been, so far, the only real SOC voter : 2 votes : 1 
pro, 1 against ;o) 
BTW, Lloyd, you should have voted a 3rd time : "Don't care" !

I guess we will all agree to follow Ian's advice :

And in a pure SOC way, I will close the vote earlier than announced, that is 
right now (Monday 18/11/02, 1215 Z). This is not a democratic way to act but 
who said that SOC ML was a democratic one ?
