A French convicted to a two dollars fine for having removed her bra in an American airport

EVANSVILLE, Indiana (AP) -
A Parisian, annoyed by the zeal of security personnels in an airport, that had
put naked torso, has pleaded guilty Friday and has seen convicted to a symbolic
fine of two dollars.

Eliane Aguillaume, 56 years, was judged for resistance to agent and outrage to
the good morals, two simple crimes. She will have therefore to disburse a dollar
for each of these accusations, but also 130 dollars for expenses of justice.

Mrs Aguillaume has been arrested on Monday at the regional airport of Evansville
(Indiana), on the way back of the marriage of one of her nephews. A bit exceeded
by finicky security controls, the 56 years old French womand had facilitated the
task of agents in ... removing the top.

She has lost her self-control when an employee has begun to pass her portable
metal detector under her sweat at the level of her chest. The fifty-year-old has
then removed her sweat, her T-shirt and her bra.

Immediately arrested, she had been released after having paid a caution of 5.300 dollars.

Friday, her attorney, Glenn Grampp, has insured that his client was constricted
by this affair, and has attributed it to a misunderstanding.
