Hello Friends,

So Halloween is over.

Official datas say that 26% of the French population is celebrating Halloween.
Oh God ... You have yet "contaminated" a quarter of the population with
something which was unknown here 5 years ago. But I admit that the guilty one is
not the "invader".

Speaking of God, French Catholic Church "Admin" is worrying abt Halloween, saying
that this commercial, morbid, pagan (and foreign) event is putting in the shade
the religious event celebrated on 1st of November (today, that is). So yesterday evening, a lot
of churches stayed opened all night long, with a lot of illuminations to show that "the shades of night" (read
"Halloween") are not stronger.
Some group has launched "Holy wins", the positive/religious "splinter version" of Halloween.

On a more "prosaic" level, a lot of toys' factories have decided to make a step
backwards bcoz a lot of Halloween items were becoming too much "kill/murder/dead" ones.
Almost unbelievable indeed.

Besides that, I _really_ hope you had a pleasant Halloween there in the US !

Today is 01/11, "Toussaint", so Happy All Saints' day to everyone !

(almost) Breaking news : Monsieur & Madame Poualane are missing after an
helicopter crash near Britany last night.
Poualane ? Some of you, the french bread eaters/addicts, should know that name :
the "Pain Poualane" is WW known, n'est-il-pas ?

72!
