[SOC] Monthly Stats for List: SOC

Hello to all SOCers,

Here we are agn with the monthly stats and this edition is an interesting one
indeed ... October has been a strange month, some of us have noticed some delay
in delivering and our prefered Ian once agn has been "censored" a bit but I think we
have found some "turn-around".
But the interesting fact of the month is the #1 poster ! Obviously the server
has been under some attack (cf. the number of rejected posts).
I guess this attack is a result of the new email virus widely "broadcasted" since 3-4 weeks.

Sorry Rob, bcoz of that you are missing the SOC position by 1 :o(
