Ok, you've got it ... The SOC Guest book is running fine now !
And you know what ?.. Do you really want to know abt the "bug" ?!...
The bug was ... in the documentation !!!! yes, I must admit it : facing such 
pbms with the G-Book, I _have_read the doc and I have applied "a la lettre" 
what was said on the online QSL.NET doc. The tip abt the "you have to change 
the status file from rw-r--r-- to rwxrw-rw otherwhise it will not work" WAS the 
problem !!

Ok, you have won .. next time, I promise, I will NOT read any piece of doc and 
the whole thing will run right from the start ;o))
