[SOC] SOC?

Well ... if you are aware of the "massive mailing feedback" stats, you may know 
that in an average, there is around 5-10% success, no more.
So, 500+ emails sent will mean around 25-50 people answering, some of the 
answers _may_ be positive ones ;o))
But the problem now is that I am about to send emails to SOC people ... A bit 
risky bcoz maybe much more than 10% will come back to my "call" and then, yes, 
real problem for all of us, including the new "SOC key" on N4BP's keyboard ;op
