[SOC] SOC Spamming

Bonjour les amis,

This time I have done it the right way ...
As you may remember (bcoz I have said it on this ML), I am an Award manager too
and as for every kind of award, you need to make some "spamming" from time to
time ;o))
I have just sent the Award rules to almost all IARU members societies. And if
you have a look at my email signature you will notice that now the SOC web site
will be known "the World over" ...
I do not know if I will start receiving a lot of Award applications but maybe we
may get some new SOC members in the near future ... ;o))

Now, I may switch on the K1 to check was is gg on with the WPX ...
