For Second Class Operation above and beyond the call of Incompetence!

I recently bought a Drake C-line from a Ham in Indiana. He really packed it 
well, and shipped it in 4 boxes, via Fedex. He sent me the tracking numbers.

I was delighted to see, on checking tracking this past Thursday, that all 4 
boxes were "on truck for delivery." Even more so when a 3:52 PM, the Fedex 
truck arrived....with 3 boxes.

A check on tracking that evening showed 3 delivered. Friday morning, the 4th 
box had another entry "out for delivery." So I waited, and waited....

I finally called their so-called "customer service" at 5:30PM. I was told the 
missing package was put on the WRONG truck for delivery on Thursday, but I 
should certainly see the Fedex arrive with it any minute...I waited, and 
waited...

Never arrived. Called customer service. Sorry, can't help, those people only 
work Monday-Friday. Check back Monday;...when I can again wait, and wait.....

I thought UPS was bad, but with them, at least you get the stuff..maybe a bit 
banged up, but....
