Sure is, a very co-operative group spanning a great many nations (including republics)
who work to common goals, ideals.

Occasionally one or more get out of control and get disciplined e.g. Pakistan and
lately Zimbabwe. But it works, South Africa finally returned to the fold.

Nobody is in the British Empire anymore. It's called the British Commonwealth, a large
group of participants. Very effective.
