clear lexan or plexiglass door so you can see inside? Just the thing for
combat areas like Iowa and Nebraska.

My thoughts exactly.  That was brought up on a call-in show on 1040 that was
interviewing the state postmaster about the topic.  He said that "it's something to
think about" BUT, as he stated, the rule says that mailmen cannot open the doors to
mailboxes.  EVEN IF YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THEM.

Talk about bureaucratic ineptitude :^)
