[SOC] Wet mail anyone?

The state postmaster is ordering all people with "rural type mailboxes" to either tie
the door open or take it off the mailbox.  This is so the mailman doesn't have to
worry about getting his fingers blown off :^)  (Sure, I've gotta open the thing, but
he don't ;^))  If ya don't, no mail!

At least now when ya can't pay the bills you can just say the vortex coming off a
passing car sucked it out of your mailbox :^))

I'm gonna ask my mailman if I can just put a lock on the door and cut a slot in it
for him to slip the mail through... surely that's ok...
