Harry, W6DXO, received the following E-mail from Bill Moore, NC1L,
DXCC Manager, about HC2DX via PY3ZM. Here is Bill's response: "We have
received information from HC2DX, in writing, which states that PY3ZM
is his QSL Manager. Based on this information, DXCC is currently
accepting cards from HC2DX direct or via Michel Hamoniaux, PY3ZM.
HC2DX
is the only station for which we accept PY3ZM QSLs.
