Pdt Bush is organizing a giga-super-big party at the White House and due to
local pbms, his staff is unable to furnish enough condoms for all the attendees
...
So Mr Bush picks up the phone and give a call to his friend J. Chirac.

- Bonjour Jacques, G. Bush speaking !
- Hi Georgy, comment ca va today ?
- Well ... all is OK but I am in some tricky situation here !
- What can I do to help you ? Say it right now !
- Well .. I am organizing a giant party with friends at the White House and I am
affraid I will be a bit short on the condom subject ...
- Ohhh ... I see .. No pbm Boy, how many units do you need ?
- Humm .. let' see ... about 10000, for next Saturday !
- Ok Guy, no pbm, Urgent Order I will make in our factory, you will get them in
time. Anything else ?
- Well .. yes, I want these condoms to be painted with the US Flag on them, you
know : "White & red and all the stars on a blue background".
- Ok Georgy, no pbm. You will get them with the US flag. Anything else ?
- Yes, apart the flag, they all need to be 40 cm (6.3 inches) long bcoz you know
we are real men here !
After a second of hesitation, Chirac answered :
- 40 cm ?...Humm , well, OK, no pbm. You have them. Anything else ?
- No, that's all. Pse, be a friend for me, help me quickly for this party is
really important to me ...
- Ok Guy, do not worry, all will reach you in time. Have a good party there !

So, Chirac now calls the Factory director :

- Bonjour, ici le President de la France, Jacques Chirac.
- Monsieur le President, Bonjour ... What can I do for you ?
- Well, I just have a phone talk with G. Bush and he is in great need of condoms
and urgently, for next Saturday.
- No pbm Sir, how many units are we talking about ?
- 10000 units.
- Ok, we will send them to the White House directly. Something else to please
you ?
- Yes, these condoms ... he wants them to be painted with the US Flag, you know
: white/red/blue and all stars.
- Oui, I see ... No pbm. Anything else ?
- Yes, I have to add that the condoms have to be 40 cm long.
- 40 cm long ??.. Hummm .... Ok, we will do it.
- But I think my friend Bush was looking for some way to surprise me in asking
for these 40 cm long condoms... So, you will do the following : apart the US
Flag, you will also print on each of them : "Made in France - Size : Small"
