[SOC] Possibly operating QRP/P this afternoon

Whoops... 18 - 19 UTC :^)  Called CQ for a while, didn't get any responses.
Only heard one other station, didn't hear anyone calling CQ.  Antenna was
an end fed close-to-halfway wire (about 67 feet) and a single 20 foot
radial.  Just put the picnic table together and thought, "be great to
operate off this thing" so I did :^)
