I have been getting the mailings from the Ivory Coast
neighbors of Niger and Togo, so since the FB1 is inundated
with problems and massive amounts of case files, I sent my
mailings to the FTC at   uce@ftc.gov.  No response back
but so far this week, approaching a half dozen or so and
seems there must have been a sale on computers in the
African continent.  

Oh, I did not see anything wrong with your rantings - we all
feel that way and the only thing I saw from Ian was that if
one doesn't vote or otherwise get involved, no whining. 
Ranting is a form of involvement.  Unfortunately tho,
at least in this part of the world, if you direct your rantings
toward the politico you get sued for defamation, libel,
slander or harrassment - or all of the above.  Ah, such
is life in the new century.
