[SOC] Anguishing questions II

When the Marines commissioned their new 10 meter hypervelocity tank, they
found that the top speed was so high that it appeared to be only 1 meter
long (to a stationary observer).

Unfortunately, the bad guys had a spy, who watched the trials.    He
advised his Masters to dig lots of 10-meter wide tank traps.    Then of
course the 1 meter tanks would fall in.    Pretty smart.

In a subsequent skirmish, one of the Tank Commanders, looking forward,
noticed this tiny tank trap.   Looked to be exactly 1 meter wide.   Haha.

Question.    Does the tank ride over the trap, or fall into it?
