[SOC] New IRCs

You should yet know that since 01/01/2002 new IRCs are on the market.
Pse refer to :

http://www.upu.int/irc/fr/irc_2002_version.html

or the english version :

http://www.upu.int/irc/en/irc_2002_version.html

Reading this, I understand that the "old" IRCs will be valid forever. That is 
the case here in France. But I have heard that in some countries (eg ON, DL, 
PA, SM, USA ??) this is not the case. Anyone having some info abt that ??
