Hi Gang,

GREAT NEWS!!!

Claude, F5PBL, f5pbl@qsl.net has volunteered to maintain
the SOC web site, and also issue new SOC numbers to prospective
members. We needed some fresh blood to manage this group of
2nd rate operators :)

This is a great burdon off of my sholders, as I have my hands full
with FPqrp and other ham related activities.

Please wish Claude success with the SOC site. He promised me
that he would not change the text on the web pages into French.
