Subject: [SOC] How does one upgrade to SOC
How might I join SOC, essentially as an upgrade from TOC. It has been observed that I've progressed from HUNH? to AGN? Not sure
it represents any improvement from totally clueless, but it's fewer letters for a straight key Luddite to send and produces less of
a pileup than sending 5UNH with a keyer.
