[SOC] How does one upgrade to SOC

Well, I guess that the next step is to applied for #514 (if 
http://diz.faithweb.com/soc/members.htm#top is up to date) by sending an email 
to Papa Diz (w8diz@fpqrp.com). That's the way I did and obviously it does work !
