[SOC] OT: Vanity Callsigns

Well, I was using contesting as an example, but it applies with almost
anything.  A callsign with the last character ending in a "dah" stands a
better chance of being copied correctly.

For example, when I held K2REB, I would always be copied as K2RED, and I
would have to correct the error.
