Just goes to show, I don't know the difference between Silicon and
Silly-cone.

Tnks to all who offered Big Time Technical Answers to my Big Time Technical
Question.  WOW what a group!  Anyhow, I got my answer and I don't need to
consider the Schottky diode for this application.

Hmmm, maybe I'll make a RF probe or something......
