More info on that - they also added that judges in their jurisdiction (western 1/4 of
the U.S.) MUST repeat MUST enforce this "law", even if they have to order U.S.
Marshals into the schools to get the kids to stop saying it!!!!  Think of it - if a
teacher lets the kids say the pledge, she'll be taken off at gun point by U.S.
Marshals!

Like Jerry Falwell just said on Fox News, there is about 99% certainty that this will
get overturned.  I'll add it'll probably be by some higher court that doesn't have
it's head somewhere (pardon me on that).

And in case you haven't noticed, this was once again the 9th Ct. Court of Appeals,
stuffed to the gills with activists.

Some screwed up Federal Appeals Court in San Francisco (gee, big surprise there) has
just ruled that the pledge of allegiance is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.  They say that the
words "under God" make it so.  They compare the words "one nation under God" to be
similar to "one nation under Zeus".
