What is really strange is, back when I was working, I worked shift work. I 
HATED day shifts as I had to get up around 5AM. I usually worked 
4PM-Midnight. Then I would sleep in the morning until 10AM.

Since I retired, I wake up in the morning bewteen 6:30 and 7:30, ready to go. 
I never used to get up that early on my days off, unless I was going fishing.
