[SOC] Ins and Outs

Assuming you aren't being sarcastic (hi hi), all that's needed is a car that will
qualify.  If you've never driven before, you have to take a few laps by yourself with
them watching to show that you can drive a car at speed without slamming into someone
or something :^)

For the NASCAR is it mandatory to have a driving licence ??
'Coz I do have one, I took the exam 3 years ago but well ... my driving log
shows something like 3 hours (after the exam I mean !).
Or do this race require 2 guys in the car ?! One to drive, the other to yell ...
