Well if we're looking for a sport with simple rules, look no further than NASCAR :^)
1. Go fast
2. Try to pass other cars
3. Do 1 and 2 until you are told to stop
Sounds simple to me :^)

Some of the rugby rules, especially those about "off sides", take
a while to grasp.

You should never forget that Rugby is a sport for Gentlemen ... And so some
rules may look a bit strange.
For example, just look at this one : the main goal is to bring the ball on the
other side of the field but you do not have to right to send the ball ahead of
you !! Ok,Ok, I know ... it IS possible but not by hand otherwhise ...
Just a "clue" to help you understand why gentlemen sports are so difficult to
understand : can you tell me when for the most you have to be a gentleman ? I
mean in what kind of situation do you have to act or to speak as a gentleman ?!
If you catch it, you will then understand why these sports are
so "ununderstandable" ...
Besides that you should admit that Rugby rules are NOTHING compared to Cricket
ones (I am still studying them !!!).
