There has only been one authorization granted for 5 MHz experimental
operation, and that is under callsign WA2XSY, issued to ARRL. Here is the
information I found out last week:
The only X license currently on the longwave ham band (135.7-137.8) is some
guy named Troy, ( Ed. note -- that's Mike, W2AG, who holds WC2XTC ) and I
think ARRL is the only one on the 5 mhz band. A bunch of them are on
160-190 khz.
Two ways to look--
Using ULS:
http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/reports/frequency_range.cfm
Then plug in a freq. range, such as K135 to K138, or M5 to M5.9, all
services.
This gets you tabulated data.
The Experimental website --
https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/index_els_ie.html
When it comes up, slide down the left and click on "Limited Search".
This lets you browse all X calls, and lets you look at the actual
application or license in HTML format.
