That is certainly an option I've thought about. I see no reason why it
should not work. To complicate it further though, if I also want to add
some lower freq. coverage for say CW work, I wonder if I should consider
lowering the overall antenna resonance for the band and place perhaps
multiple taps on the coil for different freq. points within the band.....
Worth considering.
