Why don't the three of you join the original SOC?  
We also have a website and a reflector, besides the two
sprints per year.  That, coupled with its QRP background
with ARCI and QRP-L makes it a very active group.

Thanks!  Amazing what 33ft of #28 hookup wire will do.  Of
course, we were also very near the ocean over which
verticals perform outstandingly well...

We'll be doing some travelling after I retire this July. 
One of our trips will be to the left coast including a
visit to my sister in Seattle, a visit with K7SS, and
probably a cruise to AK.

Oh, you should get a kick out of this...  Our first sprint
in 2000 was won by N9NE who did the entire six hours
sending with his left foot wearing a SOC.  I think there is
still a pix on the website.
