[SOC] End of the alert

Sunday, 0530LT (0430LT), it seems that the SOC ML (mailman.qth.net) is
working fine once agn. So I guess we can switched back to the original
configuration.
I am sorry for the delay in switching to the "Emergency configuration"
(SOC-2), rather SOC, but that was a live 1st exercise and also rather
difficult to know how long to wait before switching to SOC-2 (i.e.
how long to wait so that it really worths the trouble on your side).

Anyway, the 2 lists are now fully well configured and we know that the
switching works rather well.

So, I will now switch off the email forwarding from SOC-2
(Soc@vk2tips.com) _except_ to the friends receiving the digest version
so that they can get the "latest" news.
Starting new, pse use again only SOC@mailman.qth.net for your posts.
