[SOC] QATAR pronunciation

 Not sure who has been watching CNN, but man, they have to learn how to
pronounce words. Over the last few weeks on the Art Bell program America
Coast to Coast, they have made mention of CNN's lack of pronunciation of
the counrty Qatar(ka t ar),not (cut er) as they have been saying......
I was watching CNN just moments ago and they are still insisting to
pronounce it as cut er......
Man, talk about second class....
