This afternoon (LT, almost UTC), I have checked australia.com and WX
info was showing rain on Sydney, temp 24C. Sun & 35C in Darwin.

Oohh ... shocking !
The broadcast explained that in Australia (or at least in Tasmania
++), it was now "a la mode" to find in one's genealogy a parent who
has been sent into the Tasmanian "prison" (bagne in fact).
2nd part of the bc was abt Tasmanian trains (travelling through the
island using "antic trains").

The island seems beautiful and good place for some DX activity too...
