[SOC] State Codes

You know, I had not realized that there were so many states that start with
the letter "M". It almost seems like an alphabetic conspiracy. I know when
visiting on the east or west coasts folks are bemused by all of the "I" 
states (Idaho=ID, Iowa=IA (almost too quick on CW... I usually send it twice
in contests), Illinois=IL, and Indiana=IN) especially since Iowa, Illinois,
and Indiana are lined up. 
I like Claude's list. I did not need help with the alphabetic codes, but
I forget which CQ zone I'm in and get confused about which zone scheme different
