LAUSANNE (AP) - Injured to the penis during sado-maso sexual
practices, a �slave� has failed in his attempt to drag his �mistress�
of in justice. The federal Court in Lausanne has dismissed him on
Friday, confirming thus a judgement of the justice of Fribourg.

According to the Federal Court, the acts have occured in Fribourg
during of a sado-maso session. Hands linked in the back, the �slave�
was knelt in front of his �mistress�. His penis, pierced with a ring,
was attached to the bed by a chain. When the dominant has ordered him
to lift, the ring has been pulled. Despite an operation, the plaintiff
still has problems when he urinates.

Three years after the deeds, he has filed a complaint against the
woman, estimating that he had been victim of serious corporal lesions.
On the civil plan, he has requested an allowance of 5.600 Swiss Franc (3.800 euros).

But the justice of Fribourg has closed the affair, considering that
there was not on the subject any crime. And in the case of simple
corporal lesions, the period to file a complaint has exceeded for a long time.

The federal Court has therefore confirmed this judgement, considering
that it was only question of a simple corporal lesion due to the fact
that the penis of the plaintiff had not been neither mutilated nor
rendered unusable. Despite some aftermaths, the penis of the plaintiff
is not damaged in its essential functions as sexual organ and to eliminate the urine.
