Besides that I would need some help from you, at least those of you have young 
babies.

and tell me if this really works ?
I do not need it for myself (Dieu m'en garde...) but rather wanting to prove to 
tired (and tiring !) colleagues that babies are nothing but QRM generator boxes 
that can be switched off rather quickly when parents really want to do so.
