Sorry to disillusion you Rob. People who come up with these "creative
anti-harvesting ideas" never seem to realise that professional spam harvesters
read the same lists, follow the same trends and modify their harvesting software
to keep up to date. We have the same problem with "scumware", like playing
chess.

The only proven method so far is to use a form.
