Frankly, I would have been pleased if MLB was finished. It has become ridiculous. I used to love going to baseball games. (Yes, Yankee Stadium) back in the 60's. I saw 
Roger Maris, Mickey Mantle and others.

After the strike in 1994 I have not even watched a game on TV. During the strike, one of the overpaid, cocaine sniffing thugs that pass for a baseball player was asked if he 
felt badly for the fans. His response? "Fuck the fans."

That is their attitude, then mine is "Fuck Major League Baseball!"
