>From the SOC secretary office :
1/ just remember that our new friend Steve is not yet a ML addict so all posts
sent to this list are not yet seen by Steve.
I have done the QSP of the needed ones, do not dupe.
John, W2AGN, you are about to loose your SOC status for you are the only one
having put Steve as CC on your post to the ML.
Mr P & Chris, our Brit friends, are still deserving their SOC membership ;o)
2/ I am happy to see that the Francophony is still alive and tnx to Lloyd and
his "mistake", the SOC ML is now a bit more active despite the fact that today
is Thursday. I am happy of that, indeed !
3/ abt the "Euro English", some months ago I have read the same kind of joke but
abt a new European law coming from Bruxells in a try to harmonize bureaucracy
and all official docs within Europe. The 2 languages to mix were French &
German, the issue was almost the same, German becoming the 'main' language.
Can we now imagine what can be this "Euro English" spoken with a French accent
?!...
By the way, most of the proposed rules are full common sense if you want my
advice ;o)) And that's why "Ze drem kumin tru" sounds so French ...
CU & GN !
