Subject: [Fists] Grosse Point Lighthouse, Evanston, IL - Special Event Station -
K9Y, August 18, 2002, CW Only

Metro Amateur Radio Club (MAC) will operate Special Event Station - K9Y,
this Sunday, August 18, from Noon to 6:00 PM. The station will be located in
the garden behind Grosse Point Lighthouse, 2601 Sheridan Rd. (at Central
St.), Evanston, Illinois. Our station will be one of over 270 operating from
lighthouses around the world this weekend. K9Y will be a CW only operation.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by. Talk-in will be available via the MAC
repeater on 147.315 MHz (+600 offset, No PL). A commemorative QSL card will
be available to all stations that work us.

Look for K9Y on these suggested frequencies.

40m:  7.005 -  7.035 MHz
20m: 14.010 - 14.040 MHz
15m: 21.010 - 21.040 MHz
10m: 28.010 - 28.040 MHz
