It's called Dead Aim and you can get it at
http://www.jdennis.net/index2.htm.  If you have something other than Win2000
or XP, you need to download some installer for windows from Microsoft (it
has a link there).  What does it do?  It removes EVERY SINGLE AD from AIM.
I loaded AIM just now, and all it has is the buddy list, the menus at the
top, and the little buttons at the bottom.  And you can even remove the
buttons!  It puts a menu in your file menu of AIM so you can configure what
it does and doesn't block also.  Loaded about 1,000 times quicker too :^)
