Small wonder.  Today's  Wall Street Journal has an artical about Brit
housing shortage and rising prices.  Cites a 350 square foot "public
convenience" being refitted for housing and selling for $200,000.  Talk
about pay toilets, that's a lot of loot for a loo.  The real estate broker
must be a real whiz kid.
