Bonjour � tous,

Info rx via FISTS Forum. I do not know, maybe some way to make WW publicity 
like all these singers doing their "Last Tour, Farewell Concert" and still on 
stage 5 years later.
Anyway, I guess the last (?) printed edition of the CallBook will be a valuable 
one.

Subject: [Fists] Radio Amateur Callbook

After over 80 years of continuous publication, the Radio Amateur Callbook
will cease to exist after the winter 2003 issue. I guess the internet has
caused the demise of this piece of ham radio also. The last few issues were
on CD ROM in an effort to try and cut costs, but with all the "lookup" data
bases available, it wasn't enuff. The old issues will certainly become even
more valuable I guess.  Al/W8FAX
