I feel compelled to confess that I watch the BBC America channel on
satellite. It seems to be mostly re-runs, however, and fairly tame
ones at that, compared to what I saw in Britain.
Our local PBS outlet seems to be obsessed with running "Keeping Up
Appearances" over and over, as they used to do with "The Good Life,"
which for some unexplained reason was retitled, "Good Neighbors" (or
was it "Good Neighbours") for viewing in the States.
