I would hope Des Moines is in Iowa given how much of the tax revenue they
take to build their civic projects! :^D  There was a plan for a big resort
down here on the Lake with Go-Kart tracks, mini-golf, bowling, etc.  You
know, something to actually do on the weekends instead of going to bed at
8:30?  But Des Moines had to get to go first at the meeting to see who got
the grants from the state for their projects last year....  They get their
stadium (for a team that left for New Jersey of all places :^)) and
everyone else in the state gets left with nothing :^)

I forgot about New Yorkers... I'm all set to rip on the Yankees and break
out I H8 NY :^D

Well, so much for THAT topic! (sound of hot potato messily splattering on
the floor... ) Is someone still producing the SOC certificate? Someone with
an "8" in their call? I'm a fearsome procrastinator and never got around to
sending for it the last time the information was published. Claude, you can
put my EMail on the website list (I cannot readily get on the internet, do

(Rob - You mean Des Moines is IN Iowa??? (HI, and from Cedar Rapids it is
apparent that Illinois/Chicago is similar to New York State/NYC (someone on
the news said something like, it has been a strain, but people are feeling,
with great relief, that it is becoming safe to go back to hating New
Yorkers.
