Actually, Chris unsubbed from the list unceremoniously...im still in the dark 
as to what started this second little revolutionary war, but i can only hope 
it was unfinished biz between partys...it didnt seem so.
 I dont mind racy humor, dirty jokes, off topic posts, open minded 
discussions about differing views...its all cool in my world, but as ive said 
in the past, lets all try to stay friends and not end up like the wahoos at 
qrp-l, and from what i am to understand, the pigs list too. 
 On that subject, i hope the piggies arent getting like the qrp-l list, i 
havent been on the piggies list in a few months because of the volume coming 
into my mailbox was killing me...but i recall it being a fun place with a 
good attitude and good people. I WILL do what i have to do to keep this a fun 
and diversified list. i always welcome posts about things i am outright 
against, and ive posted things that has pissed a lot of people off, i dont 
really care because of the way i presented it...i wasnt trying to attack 
anyone, and i wont back off of my views. i always like the feedback because 
thats how we grow as humans.
 But if you post something you know may get a reaction, try to think about 
who its aimed at if at all, and try to be cool towards our other friends on 
the list please....if this list is the last remaining hope for a cool ham 
radio hangout, thats fine with me AND its my intention.
  Please keep in mind the way i envision this group to be, a field day 
picnic...we all drink, eat, fart (optional), sit around and tell dirty jokes 
and laugh at the world and ourselves in the shadow of our favorite hobby, 
thats what will keep us happy and coming back, year after year. Ill miss 
seeing Chris on here but he made his choice and i dont beg anyone for any 
reason, but i dont want to see people go away mad anymore either.
 However, i will agree our DX list friends have serious wit and a sense of 
humor that is nothing short of charming...Ian, Claude and formerly Chris, and 
others as well have kept a worldly perspective among us.

 By the way, not that anyone asked, but our show last night was stellar!!  
packed house, we blew away two other outstanding bands and the 
audience...wowed some VIP's and had a great time, the future may be bright i 
hope. but i have to say, i am in some serious pain today!!  knee brace, 
swollen ankle, finger joints are in pain just typing right now......and i 
want to do this in strange towns night after night...i think my mind is fried 
too!

 Ok gang, thanks for listening (reading)...i really enjoy this list and im 
proud to be your list manager, we have some real deal people here. i want to 
see us all stick around. 

  P.S.   you will likely offend our W4 and W5 friends if you call them 
Yanks....I myself happen to be a true Yankee so, please, bash away!!  i
