[SOC] Tell me I didn't hear this

Something caught my attention on the news this morning.

Comment concerned the newly formed government agency now in charge of
airport security.  You know the one.  The old private sector one wasn't good
enough.

Anyhow, the comment was, that the agency was on the verge of running out of
money very soon and now was petitioning for Congress to up the funds.

Did my ears deceive me?  Tell me they did.
