Been listening to some of the ARCI Spring activity, 
and band conditions sure spotty.  One thing that
seems to have entered into this one is a new call up
sequence - at least I don't recall hearing before:

"CQ BT CQ BT de call"  Were there some new
instructions issued that I missed? And a plethora
of CQ TST as well.
