About three years ago FCC was issuing out LPFM licenses for a few States at a 
time.
You had to keep checking to see if the window was open for your State.
I received my license but now it's not good here at the new QTH.
They had many crazy laws and I just put up the antenna and went on the air.
I was on for over a year and never was bothered.
If your running 5 watts your antenna can't be more then 30 meters high.
I think they also had a 40 and 100 watt :LPFM license.

He was about 8 miles south of me and now has really grown and you can 
download his station.
My setup is going on eBAY.
