Is there something about that which strikes you as really strange?

Ninety plus percent of new users go onto the internet but a store servicing
these customers doesn't have an internet presence.

I use three different suppliers from time to time in Oz and yep, not one of them
has a web site...

Hey, maybe their scared of the new tekkernology?
