A few months ago I sent out 154 cards, weighing them on a neat (but
expensive) digital scale I bought for my wife at a kitchen supply
store. They weighed just a hair under a pound (15 3/4 ounces on the
scale). My cards were printed by Octavia (a Russian printer who does
great work, cheap but slow) and appear to be about average in
thickness.
